Licensed & insured in GA ยท 24/7 dispatch
Halo Water Proofing is a GA-licensed Basement Waterproofing company that treats every Vienna job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Vienna technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Vienna homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment โ not a vague callback promise.
๐ +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Vienna homeowners.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Vienna basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Vienna foundation wall right now.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Vienna customers never to wait on โ wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Vienna homeowners connect to a basement problem.
No two Vienna basements are the same โ soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
A flooded Vienna basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews pull the standing water and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help โNot every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair โAlready have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check โSome Vienna properties need both systems working together โ we'll say so honestly instead of selling just one.
Talk Drainage Options โOlder Vienna homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity โ encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote โWe can phase larger Vienna commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote โNo pressure, no scripts โ just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
A real technician asks the right questions to understand what's likely happening at your Vienna property before anyone drives out.
No jargon, no pressure โ just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Vienna quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty โ not just a handshake.
Plenty of companies advertise Basement Waterproofing in Vienna โ here's what actually separates the ones worth calling from the ones that aren't.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up โ the written estimate is final.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
Our technicians are trained to diagnose accurately, not to upsell โ that changes the advice you actually get.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Word of mouth is still how most Vienna customers find us, which keeps our standards high.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything โ basement's been dry since."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
We back our Vienna work with real, transferable warranties because we plan to be here long after the job is done, not just for the one visit.
