Halo Water Proofing started small in the Vienna area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors โ that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Every Vienna technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install โ not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old Vienna homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
Talk to a real Vienna technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
๐ +1-866-476-1348Water problems build slowly before they become emergencies. These are the clues our Vienna crews hear about most.
Odor is often the very first clue Vienna homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Vienna foundation wall right now.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue โ this jumps to the front of our Vienna schedule.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Vienna homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Vienna property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Vienna basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews get it out and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help โWe seal active Vienna foundation cracks with hydraulic cement injection โ stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair โAlready have a pump that's struggling? We'll test it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or just a tune-up.
Book a Pump Check โAn interior drain tile system routes water to a sump pump before it reaches your Vienna basement floor at all.
Talk Drainage Options โOlder Vienna homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity โ encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote โWe handle below-grade waterproofing for Vienna property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote โNo pressure, no scripts โ just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
We figure out fast whether this needs an emergency dispatch or a scheduled inspection.
We point out exactly what we find as we find it, so nothing about the diagnosis feels like a black box.
The number you approve is the number you're billed โ no change orders once the crew shows up.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
We've heard every Vienna horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts โ what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center โ the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
We'd rather earn a repeat Vienna customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We can supply the documentation most carriers ask for before approving a Vienna claim.
Our trucks are recognizable around Vienna โ we don't cut corners on jobs our neighbors will see.

"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
